Our standard check-in time is from 16:00, while check-out is by 10:00. Guests can request early check-ins and late check-outs though and we can look to accommodate.
Yes, each property offers high-speed complimentary WiFi and some bigger properties are equipped with Wifi Mesh system to have good signals around the rooms.
Yes, all our properties are equipped with fresh, professionally laundered hotel-grade bedding and towels. We supply hand towels and bath towels per bed space per short stay. Additional towels can be requested (charges apply). For mid-longer stays, we normaly change the towels every week / fortnightly based on cleaning schedule agreed with our clients. Guests are encouraged to consider environmental impact by reusing towels during their stay and utilizing available washing facilities.
Most of our properties provide ample street parking, with some offering off-road parking as well. For the ones without off-road parking, we always have car parks 5~10 mins walk from the property. Each of our listing would have parking details in the description. For specific details regarding parking at a particular property, please email bookings@d2dstays.co.uk, mentioning the property name.
For bookings made directly through our website, email, or telephone, payment can be made using debit/credit card or bank transfer. We accept all major cards, and card payments are processed through Stripe. Payments for bookings made via online travel agents will be managed by them.
Yes, typically we arrange a clean at the end of your stay, or for mid term to longer stays we will include a weekly / fortnightly clean. Additional cleaning is charged according to property size.
If you need to cancel your reservation, you can do so through the channel you booked with (e.g., Airbnb, Booking.com, or TripAdvisor). For bookings made directly through our website or by contacting us directly, please email bookings@d2dstays.co.uk to initiate the cancellation process (charges may apply).
We do not accept any events or parties at our properties, including stag/hen dos. For our house rules, please refer to the following link (link to be provided at a later date).
Our properties operate on a self-check-in basis. Guests receive a four-digit code to access smart lock for most of our properties. For very few of the properties guests will receive four-digit key safe located at the front of the property, allowing them to retrieve the keys. However, if you prefer a meet and greet service, this can be arranged for an additional fee.
Apologies, but we do not allow pets.
Guests are kindly asked to ensure all their rubbish is responsibly disposed of in the waste bins provided inside the property. Wheelie bins are provided at each house, and our waste management team will attend on a weekly basis to put out the wheelie bins and recycling boxes for guests. For mid- to long-term stays, guests are asked to take responsibility for the waste and recycling duties as they would if it was their own home. Details of when & where to put the wheelie bins will be provided during check-in.
Guests are advised to leave used towels in the bath. Bedding should remain on the beds, as our cleaners will handle stripping them during their cleaning rounds. Our linen teams collect dirty linens and deliver fresh ones once per week. For most of the properties, linen team would deliver it to our locked storage in the shed. For very few of the properties they would access the property with minimal disruption, always announcing their arrival and leave them in the designated cupboard.
Indeed, smoking is strictly prohibited within all our properties. However, guests are permitted to smoke outside, provided they safely dispose of their smoking waste and refrain from littering the exterior of the property. Should there be any indication of smoking indoors, a flat fee of £150 will be charged for damages and deep cleaning.

Most of our properties have a front camera (facing the door from inside) and rear camera outside the property to monitor intruders. Most of our front doors is equipped with a smart lock and rear doors with thumb turn locks.
